Jan Potgieter
Founder and CEO of The Negotiation Academy - Europe (TNA - Europe), a specialist negotiation, consulting and training firm headquartered in London. It is the proud winner of the World of Learning Award for Best Instructor Led Training (advanced negotiation training) 2004. He has significant experience in cross cultural business negotiations gained whilst on assignment with multi-national organisations such as USC Europe, Motorola, BOC Gases and The Hilton Group.

Peter Freeth
Director of Excellerate, a coaching and consulting company established in the UK, a leading British business coach and author of a number of books related to personal and organisational development. Peter specialises in leadership coaching and is a certified Alpha Leadership coach and NLP Master Practitioner. His experience for over 20 years has been in technical support, solution design and sales before setting up excellerate in 2000.

Clay Lowe
One of Excellerate Executive Directors, Clay is an experienced coach whose varied background has led him to work with an extraordinary group of people including military leaders, senior managers, entrepreneurs and sports professionals. Clay is accredited to deliver the Insights development program and is an SNLP certified NLP Practitioner and also a Master Fitness Trainer.

Lois Nott
One of Excellerate Executive Directors, Lois has over 20 years of business experience in leadership and people solutions, with the last 13 years spent leading her own successful business. Lois is an accomplished performance coach and NLP Business Practitioner with a passion for facilitating self-directed learning, personal growth and developing individuals' inner leader. As well as her management and general business expertise, Lois specialises in developing team thinking, personal leadership and creating thinking environments.

Elizabeth Rider
One of Excellerate Executive Directors, Liz is a Business Psychologist who specialises in expert facilitation, leadership development, coaching and individual profiling. She has a BA (hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Industrial Psychology and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Chris Walker
One of Excellerate Executive Directors Chris Walker has developed his career working in the Aerospace, IT, Semiconductor, Communications and Automotive sectors. Graduating in Engineering, he quickly turned his attention to the commercial world specialising in Marketing, and is now a Fellow of the Institute of Marketing. His specialised skills have been developed working Sales and Marketing teams, coaching them to achieve maximum performance, profit generation and long term customer retention.
