Let us introduce you the biggest event related to negotiations, motivation and leadership in Poland.
Each spring, since 2004, we have been inviting to Poznan world-famed specialists, representatives of the world of science, outstanding practitioners from enterprises, Polish and foreign training companies, as well as students, negotiation enthusiasts and those who have just started to familiarise with this subject. We aim particularly at enabling reciprocal skill-sharing and enhancing the competence in negotating. Thanks to support of the most powerful media and sponsors´ trust students can receive invaluable know-how on how to resolve conflicts by negotiating with no charge.

This has already become a tradition. However, we do not forget about the need of innovation. This year we offer you longer and profound trainings. Similarly to last edition of Forum we concentrate on issues of negotiation and interpersonal communication as well as on issues concerning motivation, auto-motivation and leadership.
